The Center offers a wide range of services designed to meet the health and wellbeing needs of entire families, including:

  • Primary medical care: physicals, immunizations, urgent visits, and chronic disease management for children, teens, adults, and seniors.
  • Women, infants & birthing: midwifery care, both in the Center’s nationally accredited Birth Center or through hospital delivery options; prenatal care, support groups, and breastfeeding education.
  • Emotional wellness: therapy, substance use support, and psychiatric services for children, teens, and adults.
  • Sexual and reproductive health: family planning counseling, HIV/STI testing and treatment.
  • Nutrition and wellness support: WIC services, breastfeeding education, and wellness counseling.
  • Social service referrals and support: insurance enrollment assistance and a sliding-fee scale for those without insurance.
